On 4 December 2021, UCU will gather the elegant society of its friends and benefactors in Kyiv so that together they can raise funds for talented students, the best professors, and the development of new programs at the university!

Last year we had a warm online gathering which demonstrated that creating the common good depends not on a place but on people. We also came to appreciate the value of live contact and the possibility of being close to relatives and friends. The need to be together became precious. The Kyiv Friends of UCU invite you to the Annual Charitable Evening and Silent Auction, which will be held at the Hotel InterContinental Kyiv.

This year, Ukrainians are celebrating 30 years of the renewal of Independence. The Ukrainian Catholic University is moving the country forward: We are creating an environment which forms the young elite. Today’s students will tomorrow be changing the country for the next 30 years. UCU has a strong identity, which was established almost a century ago by diplomat, economist, and generous philanthropist Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky.
